The fee covers secure escrow handling, payment protection, the matching engine, and keeping the platform running for the people who use it.

Is EchoVizion free during beta?
Yes. Signing up, building your profile, creating briefs, and getting matched are all free during beta. A platform fee applies only on completed, paid projects.
How is this different from Upwork or Fiverr?
Those platforms treat creative work like generic freelance tasks. EchoVizion is built only for creative production — with matching weighted on inspiration and visual style, guided brief builders made for music videos and content, and a workspace designed for a team, not a single hire.
Do I have to hire a whole team?
No. Hire one person or build a full crew. Most projects start with one role and grow from there.
How does the matching actually work?
Five weighted factors: inspiration match, visual style tags, technical and production capability, budget and timeline compatibility, and location, travel flexibility, and collaboration style.
How do payments work?
Clients deposit into a protected escrow vault before work begins. Funds are released once deliverables are reviewed and approved. Both sides can see the milestone status at all times.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Projects can be moved into a dispute freeze, holding funds while the issue is reviewed rather than releasing or refunding automatically.
Is it safe to work with people I've never met?
Every profile carries a Trust Score and reviews across Communication, Vision Clarity, and Payment Reliability. Repeat collaborations show as badges. Payments run through escrow, so neither side is exposed.
When do I get access after signing up?
We're onboarding in small batches to make sure early matches are strong. You'll hear from us directly when your batch opens.
